HOUSE RULES: -Pls. turn off the electricity like aircon, tv etc, everytime you leave the unit. -Having party inside and loud music is prohibited. -No guests aside from the confirmed guests. -Pls. do not hang your clothes in the balcony ( guard will ask for penalty fee) -STRICTLY NO PETS ( We will ask for deep cleaning fee of 2,000 php) -STRiCTLY NO SMOKING inside the unit, we will ask for fee if ever to pay for deep cleaning service 2,000 php. - Pro laundry fee of 500 php for stains like blood, wine etc. on the sheets. -Pls. wash all the kitchen wares that you used. - Pls. throw all the garbage inside the trashcan ( located at every part of the room) Instructions for drying cage: -press RD at elevator (going up) -Upon departing from the elevator, enter door at right side -From the door, go left and find 418 label at the metal cages -key for drying cage is attached with the main key Instructions for the Garbage area: -garbage are not allowed to be transported using the elevator -use the stairs behind the elevator (left side of the unit) -garbage area is the floor under UG (L1 level) -you will see the big garbage bins at the end of the stairs at L1 Guest access Free Access: • Guests have free access to common areas such as the lounge area, cabanas, BBQ areas, etc. Pool Usage: • Guests can use the pool for a fee of Php 224 per person (free for up to 4 people).Available only on weekdays (Mon, Tues, Wed) Not accessible on holidays. Parking Fees: • P25.00 for the first 3 hours, with a succeeding charge of P10.00 per hour. • Overnight parking (10pm-6am) is P150.00. • Please check with the guards for available slots. Other things to note Guest Essentials Policy: • Essentials are provided for short stay guests, up to one week. • For stays exceeding one week, essentials are provided only for the initial week.
