Le P'tit Chalet du Chatelard (Little Chatelard Cottage)

Small cozy apartment located in a small building at the foot of the slopes, mountain chalet atmosphere, a zen and warm place! A short walk to the village center and close to all amenities. A little bigger than a studio, Our little fully equipped cocoon is at your disposal during your magical stay in the Vercors! We ask guests to bring their sheets and towels, and leave the apartment clean and stocked, in the same condition as it was when they arrived. The space The apartment is located on the 3rd and top floor, it is 28 m2 under the slopes, and the sleeping area closes with a curtain. It's a big studio, or small T2:) It is recommended for 2 adults, with or without children; although sleeping for 4 adults is also possible. Late arrivals are no problem, the entrance is self-contained. We ask guests to come with their sheets and towels and especially to clean up before leaving the premises to leave the place as clean as when they arrived! Duvets, pillows, cushions and blankets are available on site, to be protected with your sheets. As the Airbnb spirit wants, this apartment is our small base in the beautiful Vercors. It is available to you furnished, equipped, decorated, and you will find all consumables there (to be delivered for the next one). So we rely on the respect and kindness of our hosts, to respect our apartment as their own! We are neither professional nor hotel, the complete cleaning is to be done by you, and linens and towels are not included. This helps ensure low prices! If the "conditions" are not suitable, please go your way:) Guest access Guests have full access to the accommodation, as well as a ski locker and a shared bike room. Other things to note Access to the common areas is prohibited in ski boots, and it is important to respect the tranquility of the places and the neighborhood. Parties and gatherings are therefore prohibited. In addition, the accommodation is non-smoking, and no pets allowed. We rely on guests to keep this place clean and quiet. Thank you for using YOUR bed linens, (those in one of the cabinets being our personal belongings). The size of the beds is 140 x 190 and 90x190. The duvets, cushions, blankets, and pillows are at your disposal. IMPORTANT - A complete and meticulous cleaning is done by guests before they leave. You can use food and consumables. All those used are to be given by guests before their departure (the apartment contains all types of food to ensure your meal to arrive, as well as condiments, toiletries, coffee, etc.)
