The newly renovated apartment of about 100 square meters, with a maximum of 5 beds, is located on the main road of Tione, on the third floor of a 5-apartment house. No elevator. Family-friendly. Heating system. Two owned parking spaces outside. The house is adjacent to a supermarket, bus stop, high schools, middle schools and elementary schools. Tione is 100 km from Brescia, 40 km from Trento, 30 km from M. di Campiglio, 40 km from Riva del Garda. 5 km from the Bolbeno ski slope. The space Our apartment is about 100 sqm + external balcony to the south accessible from the living room and double bedroom. It has a kitchen complete with linens and dishes, oven, fridge and freezer, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine with pods and milk frother, microwave. Bathroom with shower, washing machine, methane boiler and bath linens. Large living room with 55-inch Smart TV, Chromecast, and internet connected to the network. Central corridor with pellet stove. All rooms are equipped with 32-inch Smart TVs connected to the network, each room has a desk station with dedicated wall sockets and a socket for network access. A Dyson Animal Pro2 vacuum cleaner, cleaning products, clothes rack, iron and ironing board are available to guests. We have a crib for babies/children, on request it will be assembled before check-in and guest arrivals. Guest access Guests will have two parking spaces and the adjacent area with a small garden Other things to note No Smoking No parties or events Small pets are allowed, as long as they respect the simple rules of good decorum, and therefore do not climb on the beds or even on the sofa. With the reservation, the documents of each of the guests will be required for registration at the police station. Regarding the tourist tax, if the guests are all over 14 years old, it will be 1 euro per person per night for a maximum of 10 nights. If the overnight stay exceeds 30 days, I will prepare and send you a contract before your arrival, which will be registered with the Italian Tax Authority.
