The space La Maddalenina The house is about 65 square meters and is located on the second and last floor of a building from the early 1900s in the historic center in the area of Cala Gavetta, a few steps from bars, restaurants and shops, easily accessible on foot from the ferry landing and close to the bus stop that leads to the beaches. The quiet apartment is developed with an entrance/kitchen area - a large and equipped dining room, including the washing machine; it continues towards the room where 3 very large glass windows dominate, opening up a fantastic view of Caprera and Santo Stefano, from where every day the sun will give you a good morning and the moon a good night. The apartment, built in the early 1900s, has a master bedroom with a "historic" double bed in wrought iron painted entirely by hand and stylish furniture. On the opposite side of the apartment there is a large bedroom also with a double bed, and finally a small bathroom with a very nice shower in a beach holiday style... recently renovated. To better describe this corner of paradise, we do not use the words fashion or modern but historical, fabulous, romantic and in full Maddalenino style. During your stay, you will often be catapulted directly into the 60s due to the typicality of the beaches, the unspoiled nature and the apartment where you will spend unforgettable moments, as everyone describes the house after their stay. The deliberately different glasses, as well as the dishes and cutlery, will immerse you in a REAL and simple atmosphere that will captivate you day by day. The photos taken with the mobile phone do not fully reflect the beauty of this place. Other things to note - The use of linen and sheets is not included in the rental price, so you will have to bring them from home or we are available to rent you the sheets and a set of towels, face, bidet and shower at the price of €15.00 for each bedroom. - Upon arrival, documents must be shown in order to make the legal communications. - Any extra electricity consumption beyond 100kw per week will be charged at the market cost (0.16 cents per kW). Unfortunately, we had to include this limit, albeit very large, of electricity because we had bad experiences with some guests who left the house leaving the air conditioning on. - Please do not leave the air conditioners on when you leave.
