The house is set up in a way that guests have their private room and dedicated toilet and can enter and leave the house without disturbing the host and vice versa. From the building everything Amsterdam offers is walking distance. Just around the corner at Westermarkt, taxis, trams, busses, canal boats and bike rentals are ready to take you anywhere you like within minutes. Central station is on walking distance or 2 stops with the tram. Uber is active in Amsterdam. During your stay The host lives in the estate and is available 24x7 for any questions or service required. For the peace and safety of the other guests it is not allowed to invite other people over who do not stay in the guesthouse unless discussed with the host. Guests are kindly requested to be quiet in the building and on the terrace between 23:00hrs/11:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Other things to note - Check yourself in into the building easily at any time with a key code that you receive a week prior to your stay. Your room is ready at 15:00hrs. No problem if you arrive earlier, because with the key code you can let yourself in to store luggage for free at anytime. - Check out of the room is 11:00hrs(AM). It is possible to store luggage longer for free and pick them up later that day. - Smoking is allowed on the roof terrace. - Bedrooms only. Breakfast is not included, but unlimited coffee and tea is. - Host speaks Dutch, English, German, Malay and French. - Between 23:00 hours and 7:00 guests are kindly requested to be quiet in the house and on the terrace. - We are surrounded by bars. Some street noise may occur on Friday- and Saturday nights till late.
