The flat on the second floor (without lift) enjoys a breathtaking view of the Tuscan hills. With its two bedrooms, a bathroom and a living room with kitchen, it is ready to accommodate you. Throughout your stay you will have access to the swimming pool, Jacuzzi parking spaces, football, volleyball and bowling fields. The space "L' Olmo" is a lovely penthouse apartment on the second floor of a 15th-century historical residence just a few minutes from the beautiful village of Sansepolcro. The flat is on the second floor (there is no lift) and you will enjoy a breathtaking view of the fantastic Tuscan hills. The flat consists of: living room - kitchen, bathroom with full sanitary facilities and bathtub, in the sleeping area there are two bedrooms, the main one with a double bed and a single bed, and the second one with a double bed. We would like to point out the beautiful exposed beams that decorate the entire flat. The flat comes with finely selected quality linen and complete bed linen. You will find in the kitchen, included in the price, a basket with rusks, milk, coffee, jam, croissants, biscuits, sugar and tea (all packaged).
