Welcome to our lovely houseboat with the size of 140 m2. We recently had a big renovation of our over a hundred years old Klipper (1910), named The Phoenix. Now we combine the living on an authentic ship with the luxury of a new modern interior. Our ship is on the Amstel located in the area of De Pijp, a very vividly neighborhood with lots of activity and near to the city center. You can also relax on the deck of the ship, take a swim or enjoy the stunning view of the river. The space Our ship is 140m2 and you will feel like a local when you are staying there. The entrance is in the stirring-hut where you can sit and enjoy your meal or drink whenever you like. Downstairs you will find our spacious kitchen including an electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, Quooker etc. You can enjoy your meal at our comfortable handmade table. You can lounge on our sofas and look at the Amstel river through our big size portholes. Or watch TV (incl Netflix). At the end of the ship is the master bedroom located in the Roef. Before you enter this you will be coming through a hall with a coat-rack , here you will also find our washing machine and clothes dryer. A small stair (3 steps) will lead you to separate toilet. The master bedroom also has a stunning view over the Amstel river. You can see the Amstel from your king-size bed (double bed, size 180x210 cm, electric pullback system). In the other end of the ship you will find our luxurious bathroom with a shower column, Jacuzzi (2 persons), toilet and double sink. Followed by an extra space where you will find our piano and also a single bed (90x200 cm). In the very front of the ship there's another bedroom with a queen size bed (160x200cm). The ship is equipped with floor heating and individual radiators. On deck there are several places to relax. Sunbathing on the 'roef', lounging and dining on the terrace. You also can take a swim in the Amstel, you can enter the boat by swimming-stairs Guest access Guest have access to the complete ship. Except the ship's hold, where we keep our personal items. You can live the life of a happy local for a few days. Other things to note The check-in standard is set to flexible. Please note that if we have guests checking out on the day of your arrival, your guaranteed check-in time is 15:00/3PM. !Please note that before you reach our front door you have to pass our neighbor ship.
