Private studio with own bathroom&terrace

We are located on the Prinsengracht canal in the heart of historic Amsterdam. Touristic hotspots like the Anne Frank House, the Royal Palace on Dam Square and the Rijksmuseum are within walking distance. The location can't be better and besides that the studio is located in the back, which gives you peace at night. The airbnb is located on the first floor in a 17th century monumental canal house. The studio and bathroom and terrace are private for you! We hope to welcome you soon. The space The studio 25m2 is located at the back (no canal view)of the monumental building with entrance to your own private terrace(south side)The bathroom is INSIDE the studio and it's a private bathroom! The studio is located on the first floor. Please keep in mind that some guests find our stairs steep. It’s one stair to the first floor. (Approx 12 steps) Everything is brand new and fully equipped. The room has been renovated in january 2022. Be aware that there is no possibility to cook. Fortunately there are countless restaurants on walking distance. There is a fridge, coffeemachine and a teakettle. Good to know is that we do not provide breakfast!! What makes this place the best out of the best is the location.. Our place is called Perfect Location for a reason. :) We supply our guests with: handsoap, shower gel and shampoo. In the kitchen you will find free coffee cups and tea. We have airconditioning but we ask you to use it mindfull!! Don't keep it on when you are not around. The entrance to your studio is private. During your stay Amsterdam offers a great variety of culture, historic sites, gastronomy and fun. Other things to note We have noticed that not everyone reads our house rules. Please read them if you haven't already. Be aware that it is not allowed to have unregistered guests over. People who are not on the booking are not allowed in the studio! Parties aren’t allowed and be mindfull of our neighbours on the terrace! The terrace is a nice place during the day to enjoy the sun, after 22.00 it’s not a lounge area because of our neighbours. Keep this in mind! By booking our studio you confirm with those houserules so you need to follow up. - The max of amount is 2 people! - We serve no breakfast - We have airconditioning!
