Laundry and ironing (charge price from one week to stay) And pool! You can not cook at glass ceramic, but yes in the microwave or oven. It is also not allowed to smoke in any of the areas of the house or yard. The space If you want to feel like home, come! I love making people feel special in a cozy, warm home ... in an elegant setting where no rush nor pressure whatsoever. I am fortunate to live in a cul de sac; So here no traffic, no noise or fuss. The street is quiet, is full of trees and a nice fresh air is breathed in the morning. Depending on the season and reservations, they can accommodate between 3 and 6 people. Sometimes there are students who decide to stay throughout the academic year and there is not as much availability... but check the calendar and see what the real-time availability! Guest access Guests can also access their stays home garden; take a dip in the pool if time permits; and public rooms: dining room, bathroom and kitchen. Guests can not enter the rooms of the other guests and not at all on my own. There are two bathrooms in the house: a private mine and another reserved for guests. Normally with a little organization no one crosses them :) During your stay I try to treat my guests the way I would like to feel when I go somewhere. I like to give space, if it is what they want, I like to talk about everything that is of common interest, and if we learn something new, much better! I speak English and French, Catalan (my mother tongue) and Spanish. If someone misses their country, do not doubt that here you can feel at home. Don't worry about cooking. Buy the ingredients, I can help you boil pasta or rice or prepare something simple. Other things to note I do not issue an invoice for your stay. If you are coming to go to the university, the house is quite close by on foot (25 minutes) and you have free buses to go around the campus, 10 minutes walk from the house. If you don't like taking transport to go to the center of Barcelona (45 minutes by bus or train) this is not your place! Keep in mind that accommodation in the center of Barcelona does not guarantee that you are close to anywhere and that you avoid taking public transport. BE SURE BEFORE BOOKING! That could give you surprises.... Don't misjudge the accommodation on the distance because you haven't read well before coming, thank you.
