It has a spacious garden, outdoor BBQ, own entrance. My place is close to great views, the city centre, and parks. It has great views, the location is safe and quiet. Good for couples, solo adventurers, and families (with kids). A high-chair and a baby cot are available upon request. The space I own a big house and decided to start sharing the self-contained space. It has separate entrance, own set of keys. Perfect for couples or families travelling with a child/children. It has en-suit bedroom and a living room with a sofa bed and a recliner, TV, cable TV, Internet. Laundry room ( please note this is shared space and there is small charge for laundry machine - €2 per use) A small kitchen with fridge, a small oven, plug-in stove, kettle. All necessary cutlery, plates, bowls, pans, frying pans, etc are available. An Air-Conditioning (warm and cold) is available across the whole property. Guest access You will get own set of keys; We have equipped the garden area in front of your part of the house and we kindly ask our guests to use that area. ------ CHECK-IN: Please note that we can be flexible with the check-in window but respect us as your hosts and do not make us wait for you if there is not a good reason for that. CHECK-OUT: Strictly by 12, noon If the guests require late check out and the flat is not booked by other guests, a flat fee of 15 euro/total/ is payable on check-out. Other things to note Beach There is local beach 20-30 min walking. Alternatively, a bus ride on the public transport (4-5stops) will take you to the nearest beach resort - St. Constantin & Elena Beach towels will be available in the house. It is advisable to have some cash with you for public transport, taxis. Only local currency is accepted. You can pay by card in shops, restaurants, etc.
