Rural house in Penedès, ideal for families.

The house is located in a small village in Penedès. Surrounded by vineyards. On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen, a large table and a pool area. The garden (shared with the owners who live on the other side of the garden) consists of a garden area, indoor pool, chill-out space, barbecue and table. On the second floor there is the large living room with sofa, TV and games. The two double rooms. The room sleeps four people with two bunk beds and a bathroom. The space The environment in which we are located is of vineyards and small forests ideal for hiking or biking. The house has bicycles for all ages as well as a small chair for the little ones. The garden has a barbecue and an area for outdoor lunches/dinners. As well as plenty of space to play. The house is located 5 minutes from Sant Sadurní d'Anoia. From there you can take the train or bus that is 40 minutes from Barcelona. We are 30 minutes by car from Sitges and Vilanova, as well as other ideal villages to visit. Other things to note All spaces have a capacity for 8 people, no more people than indicated are allowed to access. The house is located in a very quiet village.
