Feel right at home in this fully furnished 1950's 2 story farmhouse situated on 200 acres of rolling fields over-looking the Minas Basin. 4 bedrooms on the 2nd level and two full bathrooms, one on each level, make it convenient for larger families. A 10 minute walk on a path around the field puts you at the waters’ edge, relax at the picnic table and or walk on the beach. At the end of the day, enjoy the cracking sounds of a campfire and watch the magnificent sunsets. The space Fibre / Wifi service and satelite TV for those rainy days along with an assortment of board games & books will keep you entertained. Or sit out under the covered deck and take in the breath taking views of the Minas Basin. If you bring your laptop , there is a desk area and printer available to use. A dedicated room with a washer/dryer and a clothes line makes for ease of drying towels from the afternoon of beach combing. This is a crop based working farm and the occasional tractor(s) will be seen in the fields. The kitchen has been fully renovated and contains new appliances including a dishwasher. The existing ( non functional) wood stove has been converted to a coffee center . A keurig, small supply of coffee pods, and sugar packages will be available. The attic & basement are currently not available for guest use. The garage and barn will not be accessible. Other things to note Beach access involves a 10 minute walk across the farm property.
