On the entry level a large living/dining room with high ceilings, kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. On the mezzanine floor a bedroom and bathroom. Tree ferns growing in the huge atrium in the middle of the building reach up to a window at one end of the main room. Guest access Access to all parts of the apartment and the undercover parking. Use the grey swipe key to get into the building and also the parking. The parking entrance is around the corner on Thornton Street. Other things to note If you want to dispose of any garbage, the rubbish bins are in the garage behind the doors at the back. Bins are sorted into papers and cardboard - blue lid, plastics and bottles - yellow lid, and general household rubbish. There is also compost recycling. Under the kitchen sink you will find a roll of green bags. The compost bin is the bin with the deep red lid in the basement. Registration Details Exempt
