Farmhouse by forest and stream - accessible by train

You get on the regional express from Frankfurt or Würzburg, drive for an hour, and the train stops in the forest. A short walk, and ten minutes later you are in front of this old farmhouse, built in 1785 and since 2020 furnished as a modern, simple weekend house. Ideal for a few days in nature, for hiking and cycling. Surrounded by forest, meadow, stream and nature reserves. There is clear air and starry skies. Two children's beds, one adult bed (1.80 width). From the garden there is a path that leads directly to the excellently developed hiking trail network. Endless forests, the best air, a paradise for hikers and mountain bikers. Dozens of kilometers of forest paths, up to 250 meters difference in altitude from the starting point. Hiking maps are available. Flatter paths lead through the Aubachtal, a nature reserve. Swimming in the Aubach. About 200 meters away. The house is landmarked from 1785. Low ceiling height with beams in the bedrooms of the upper floor and the shower room (up to less than 1.80 m), pleasant ceiling height in the kitchen and living room (a good 2.00-2.70 m). The nearest restaurants are about 2, 6 and 8 kilometers away (Wiesthal, Heigenbrücken, Partenstein).
