The house is located at the edge of Facinas. However, despite the village connection, you feel like you're in the countryside. With a view of the valley and cow pastures next to the house, you can enjoy the evening sun on the roof terrace. With the large panoramic window in the kitchen, the interior and exterior melt into one. Perfect to relax with family or friends. The space The basement of the house has two double bedrooms and a bathroom. The rustic stairs leads to the living area. Equipped with a large seating area and an inviting kitchen, everything is taken care of. For the cold seasons there is a pellet stove that increases the living comfort. in Summer times an air condition. Through the window front in the kitchen area you can enjoy the view of the valley of Facinas and the sunset on the roof terrace. A small garden with palm trees is also available. On the other side of the garden you enter into the apartment. The apartment is attached to the house but has it's own enterance from the garden. In the aparment you have one bedroom, seperate bathroom and a kitchen/living area, also with a pellet stove for the winter time and fan for the summer time. In total you can stay with 6 people in that house. Please note That just the living space in the main house and one bedroom and is equiped with an air condition. As the two other bedromms don’t Heat up that much. There we have Portable fans.
