We are sharing our wonderful home here in The Mactan Newtown. For your vacation or business trip, the place to be is here in a community by the beach. The place is close to everything, from banks, restaurants, coffee shops, grocery stores and spa. A 15-20 minutes drive from the Mactan International airport, the place has a very easy access for transportation. The place offers an outdoor pool and kids pool. On for a vacation or staycation, this is the best place to be. The space Enjoy walking or jogging, you can do it from your Condo going to the famous Mactan Shrine tourist area. For food lovers, there happens to be a nice Japanese restaurant "Shikisai" around the place. You can also have your Starbucks or Civet coffee and it is just located right before lobby 2. Guest access Outdoot dining area near the pool. Bring your favorite foods on the area and enjoy dining and swimming :) Other things to note Rent a car for city tour or for self drive. Kindly message me here for rates and reservation. Mactan Newtown Beach is 8-10 minutes walk from the area. Entrance fee for the beach is 300 pesos per person. We can include your beach use for free, kindly message me after confirmed booking for the free beach pass. Except bookings made on weekends.
