The house is on the first and top floor of an old building in Capoliveri and overlooks the village square. It has been completely renovated and furnished, respecting its characteristics (e.g., the original Tuscan terracotta floor) and the needs of a modern home (e.g., an electric oven). It offers the following free of charge: TV, Wi-Fi, washing machine, air conditioning, stove, toaster, kettle, iron, hairdryer, private parking, bed linen and towels, and final cleaning. The space The house is spacious, about 80 square meters, consists of a living room with a balcony on the main square, two bedrooms, a bathroom, and a closet. The house overlooks through the living room on the main square from which you can admire the colors of the sunset every day that frame the historic center and witness the various initiatives of the country. In fact, it is in this square that the most important events are organized. It is from the bedrooms and bathroom that you can admire the sea, the Gulf of Porto Azzurro and the "continent".
