Beautiful rustic house with pool in the village of Mirón, restored with our own hands, 150 square meters and 1000 meters of land with covered parking for two cars, 15 minutes from Pontevedra and 20 minutes from the beaches. It has all the modern amenities in a quiet setting overlooking the Almofrei River gorge. Within a 10 km radius, there are different places of interest and unique beauty in the municipalities of Cotobade, Sotomaior, A Lama and Pontecaldelas. The space The house has two floors, it has 2 bedrooms and a bathroom per floor, three have a double bed and the fourth with a double sofa bed. This winter we made improvements to make our guests feel more comfortable. Guest access Living room with pellet fireplace, dining room, kitchen with pellet stove. It has a furnished outdoor porch, is surrounded by a beautiful estate with a pool, barbecue and private parking. Both the heating system and the pool and irrigation are automated so that guests do not have to worry about adding pellets to the heating systems.
