Inside, you'll find a spacious room featuring mid-century modern furniture, including a queen bed, daybed, and dining table. The kitchenette makes it easy to prepare meals, and there’s a desk with fast internet, perfect for work or relaxation. Bathroom: The shared bathroom is located in the main house, a short walk through the garden (map provided), and includes a bath and shower. Your private toilet is for your exclusive use, separate from the shared bathroom. Outdoor Spaces: The front and back gardens provide plenty of shaded seating areas with umbrellas, offering the ideal spot to relax and enjoy the garden views. Parking: Free on-street parking is available nearby for your convenience. Guest access The bungalow has a shared bathroom with a bath and shower, located in the host's house, not inside the bungalow. However, guests have their own private toilet. You also have access to the entire garden for relaxing and exploring. Other things to note The bungalow is conveniently located just a 10-minute walk to Caulfield train station, a 5-minute walk to trams, and close to Caulfield Racecourse and Monash University. The garden is a haven for birds and critters, attracting magpies, lorikeets, ravens, rosellas, thrushes, finches, wattlebirds, flying foxes, and ringtail & brushtail possums.
