Kitchen Comforts: Includes a full oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, and all the cooking essentials you need (Note: There is no dishwasher). Sleeping: Comfortably sleeps 4. The master bedroom boasts a king-size bed (can be made up as two singles if required). The cosy second bedroom features safe bunk beds. All rooms include fresh, crisp bed linen and towels. Bathroom: A separate modern shower wet room with WC and hand-wash basin completes the cottage. Accessibility: We are proud to be wheelchair accessible and pet-friendly (see House Rules for details). Please get in touch with us to find out more. Guest access Check-in & Parking: We have plentiful private parking on site right next to the cottage. The key will be safely waiting for your arrival, allowing for easy self check-in. Please feel free to let yourselves in upon arrival. Hot Tub: Your log-heated hot tub will be heated and ready for your arrival! Please coordinate with us beforehand regarding your expected arrival time so we can ensure it is perfect for your first soak. On-Site Exploration: Guests are welcome to explore our beautiful gardens and, of course, enjoy their private patio area, perfect for alfresco meals and taking in the wonderful, uninterrupted views of the North Downs. Host Interaction: We live on the nearby smallholding and are usually on hand to answer questions, assist with the hot tub fire management during your stay, and introduce you to the animals.
