Not only this, the nieghborhood is Safe, Quiet & peaceful for people traveling for work or leisure. Metro station is at a distance of 600 yards (5 min walk) and Cabs such as Ola & Uber arrive outside the building. Airport is 13 km away (35 min) and so is the Railway station. The space •The Place: Located in South Delhi, This apartment of mine, located on the Second-Floor is in a gated community of Saket, just a 5 min walk from the Metro station. The Locality is of flats and public parks around. For female travellers, looking for a safe and a peaceful neighborhood, this is the perfect place. •The Room: The room is well-furnished along with the provision of Wardrobes to keep your clothes. There is an attached bathroom with 24x7 Hot water supply (Geyser) along with basic utilities. The TV in the room can also be used for your entertainment. Amenities: -WiFi -Laundry -TV Things to note: The price above includes: *Breakfast *WiFi Access *Stay in your booked accommodation Unique Speciality: The unique speciality about my listing is that it is located in a peaceful neighborhood of South Delhi along with being in close proximity of Public transport such as Metro, Bus Cabs. Guest access Guests have access to the bedroom, the living room, the balcony, the drawing room & the kitchen only. During your stay I'm a working woman. I'm available during the time I'm at home and for any queries/doubts, I can always be reahced out on the call. Other things to note My house is on the second floor and the guest bedroom is on the 3rd floor and the access is through stairs. Kindly be advised. *Being a Travel Consultant, I can also organise tours to Agra, Jaipur etc. on request for extra charges. **For Long term Guests - Electricity on actuals, TV monthly charges to be paid, Washing machine available bi weekly (Nominal Charges).
