This home is positioned only 2 minutes walk to the beach, a 5 minute drive to local shops and Brunswick Heads and 15 minutes to Byron Bay. What’s more, this breezy beach house is perfectly positioned in the heart of New Brighton village. Spacious and light-filled, the living space boasts raked cathedral ceilings, timber framed windows and doors with streams of natural light and high-end, contemporary furnishings. Step through a large, open timber door frame with louvre windows above into the secluded living space and chill out on the inviting sofas, watching the flat screen TV. Read and relax in the designer armchair, illuminated by contemporary pendant lighting. Large timber framed sliding doors offer views to the tropical gardens and open out to the outdoor decking area. The modern, cafe style kitchen features earthy pendant lighting, top of the range stainless steel appliances, including double door fridge with water dispenser, breville whole bean coffee machine, and a simple, practical design perfect for social meal preparation. Outside, relax on the huge deck around the magnesium pool, there is also a large terrace with dinning setting and more lounges to relax and enjoy a drink. The beaches in the area are word class. The beautiful unpopulated New Brighton Beach is directly out the front, one minute walk. This is a dog friendly beach and fabulous for swimming and surfing. At the end of our road is a remote secret beach known to locals as 'Christmas Beach' - DIVINE! This beach is on the river mouth over looking brunswick heads and excellent for sunsets and all day hangs with children as great shade and beautiful calm water - KIDS love this beach. The New Brighton River is close and runs right through the village, great for swimming at low tide, stand up paddle boarding and also fishing! (paddle board into Burns, so fun) There are 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, ideally sleeps 10 but was can accomodate 12 - Please request the sofa bed to be made up if your group is 12 guests. The third bathroom is also a laundry, home is ideal for multiple families, or a group of friends holidaying together. Guest access Guests will have exclusive access to the entire home for your stay.
