This large house of nearly 80m2 with an independent entrance is composed of a large living room with a dining area, a kitchen area and a TV lounge area with fireplace. The paving floor and tomettes, the stone fireplace and the exposed beams give a lot of charm to the room, very bright thanks to a large bay window that looks directly onto the garden. Upstairs, there are 2 adjoining bedrooms with comfortable bedding and a modern and functional bathroom. The space The cottage is located in an old bourgeois house typical of the banks of the Loire, which is fortunate to be among those that were not bombed during the Second World War. The cottage and garden are very quiet, and yet the house is in an ideal location, less than 200 meters from the old bridge over the Loire, the market square (on Wednesdays), the Loire river banks, shops and restaurants. It is the ideal starting point for a walk through the city, to discover the 14th century castle and the faïence manufacture, or to walk along the beaches of the Wild Loire, on foot or by bicycle (the path of the "Loire à Vélo" begins 200 meters from the cottage. Guest access Travellers will have all the accommodation privatized for them. The entrance is through a garden shared with another cottage (but each of the two cottages has its own independent garden lounge). Travellers also have access to a shared bike room.
