Sofia's Transient Rooms Baguio City

Our cozy home has 4 spacious rooms at the 2nd floor with each room having its own veranda. We require a minimum of 4pax per room since each room has 2 double-decker bed. These rooms at 2nd floor can accommodate a total of 16pax if all 4 rooms were occupied. For bigger group of people like 20-30 persons, we recommend our spacious attic/loft floor, who are willing to use foam bed on the wooden floor. There are 2 bathroom/toilet, one at the 2nd floor and the other one at the ground floor. The space Sofia's Transient Rooms has 4 spacious rooms at the 2nd floor that can accommodate a total of 16pax. We require a minimum of 4pax per room per night. Each room has its own terrace/veranda where guests can relax and feel the cool breeze of Baguio's cold climate. For bigger groups up to 20-30 persons, we recommend the wide floor area at the attic/loft, if guests are willing to occupy this space with foam beds on the wooden floor. We only accommodate 1 set of big groups at a time, so that they can freely and conveniently set rules of who are going to use the toilet/bathroom at the 2nd floor and ground floor. These 2 bathrooms were equipped with water heater and we have water tanks to provide continuous water supply. Guest access Guests can access the living room and dining room. Kitchen can be used for simple cooking, with some additional charges. For big groups, we require them to bring their own dining wares. During your stay Guests can interact with the host and the house caretaker. Don't hesitate to contact us if you have some inquiries during your stay at our house. Other things to note For guests with service car/vehicle, we only provide side-street parking, less than 1km from our house.
