Description
The Old Olive Press,'Il Vecchio Frantoio’, is the perfect place to enjoy hours of peace and tranquillity. We are located in Terenzano,a small, working agricultural village overlooking the Alpi Appuane mountains of Carrara in the most northern part of Tuscany. The village is about a ten minute drive from Fivizzano.Up to eight people can be accommodated in good sized bedrooms, together with a large lounge and terrace for eating al fresco. There is also a ‘plunge pool’ within the private lower terrace. The space 'Il Vecchio Frantoio', is a collection of old agricultural buildings, lovingly reconstructed to provide a venue for small groups to get together. The accommodation is arranged over two floors. On the groundfloor you will find a living room with open fire place, modern fully equipped kitchen and a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom. Downstairs there are a further three en-suite double bedrooms and double doors opening onto a private terrace with comfortable seating area, deckchairs and a plunge pool. The two rooms with kingsize beds can be converted into twin bedded rooms (2 single beds) on request. All the bedrooms have there own lock and key. All this is for the sole use of the guests, completely private with own entrances. We live with our two children in one wing of the building, which is separated and completely private (we only share access through the courtyard). Even though we are nearby we will keep our distance and respect your privacy. We are however available if needed. Other things to note Passport or ID is required for all guests staying and information will be sent to the local police. This is required by law. Registration details IT045007C2QGNZVHV5
