Baynest Villa Hout Bay 6 sleeper - backup power

Baynest Villa is situated a stone’s throw away from some of the best activities in Hout Bay. With backup power supply, uninterrupted sea and mountain views and a 5 minute walk to the beach right next to Mariner's Wharf, restaurants and renowned flea markets. The villa has 3 levels with their own large bedroom suites. All bedrooms have king size beds, air-conditioning, en-suite bathrooms. Secure off street parking, guest bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, scullery, dining and lounge area. The space The main villa has three levels all with their own individually decorated large bedroom suites. All bedrooms have king size beds, percale linen, spacious cupboards, en-suite bathrooms with shower and bath, towels and bathrobes and their own private patios with uninterrupted sea views. The first level incorporates a guest bathroom, open plan fully equipped kitchen (furnished for 8 guests), scullery (including washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher), dining and lounge areas leading onto an open patio and braai area – perfect to enjoy the afternoon sunsets and cool evenings. The villa has been decorated with comfort in mind and represents local history and crafts - including the Hout Bay leopard, Suikerbossie (our indigenous Protea) and the historic Hout Bay harbour. For your safety the house is fully equipped with an alarm system as well as surveillance cameras installed on the outside walls of the house. Guest access The villa has a remote controlled double garage for secure off street parking which is available to guests for use. Access to the beach is a short 5 minute walk around the crescent. Guests will have access to the entire apartment, except for the garden beach cottage one level below the main villa. This area is where the on site house keeper will be staying. The door to the beach cottage will be kept locked at all times. Should you require house keeping assistance, just ring the bell provided and the house-keeper will come up to assist you if possible. Other things to note Baynest Villa is situated 40 minutes (35kms) away from Cape Town International Airport and 30 minutes (25kms) away from Cape Town city. There are grocery stores (SPAR, Pick & Pay) and other shops (Woolworths, Clicks pharmacy) less than a 5 minute drive from the villa. For your safety the house is fully equipped with an alarm system as well as surveillance cameras installed on the outside walls of the house. Please note that Cape Town is currently experiencing severe unscheduled water restrictions - the owners of Baynest Villa cannot be held liable for any inconvenience caused by this. For stays longer than 15 days please note that we will only provide a total of R3000 towards the electricity. Thereafter the guests will need to pay for their own electricity.
