We offer a delightful Eco-friendly, tranquil & modern self-contained 3-4 BD 1 bath Apt. Note, we live upstairs, in our "Queenslander" style home (totally separate). Guests, please enjoy a sense of luxury, our spa, bush setting & native wildlife provide a perfect place to relax. Perfectly located near wedding venues. 15kms from Brisbane CBD by car/bus. Walk dist. to restaurants, bottle shop, IGA. 30 min drive from the BNE airport, via tunnels. Central for Theme Parks, Lone Pine etc. The space KITCHEN: Has a gas oven & gas cook-top, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, coffee beans provided, toaster, dishwasher-detergent provided, fridge, (full jug of ICE in freezer) filtered water fridge door. Cooking utensils, cutlery, crockery. Glasses-water/ wine/ champagne & cocktail. Kid's plastic cups/utensils/plates. Frying pans, saucepans, egg poaching pan, serving bowls, cheese & chopping boards. Assortment of tea, sugar provided. Guest BBQ in carport area. (Cleaning equip. Under BBQ lid) ----------------------------------------------------------------- THE MASTER SUITE: Has a luxurious, king size bed. Assortment of pillows, bed tables & lamps. Desk, wardrobe with iron & ironing board. Air-con & pedestal fan. We also have 2 porta-cots & linen for 2 baby guests if required, please advise, no extra charge. All linens supplied. ----------------------------------------------------------------- SECOND BEDROOM: 2 king single beds, suit child or adult. Assortment of pillows, dresser, bed lamp, 2 chairs. Walk in wardrobe with a kids dream (Bratz) doll house and logo /Duplo boxes. Air-con & pedestal fan. ----------------------------------------------------------------- THIRD BEDROOM: Has a comfortable queen size bed, assortment of pillows, bedside tables & lamps, pedestal fan includes a privacy curtain. ----------------------------------------------------------------- FOURTH BEDROOM/LOUNGE/DINING ROOM: Modular lounge suite- converts into a comfortable queen size bed, when required for 2 guests. Pillows, coffee table- display folder with restaurant & entertainment guide. An entertainment cupboard full of books, puzzles & games for all ages. Pedestal fan. Air-con, just leave the bedroom door/s open! Apple TV, DVD player extensive DVD library in the TV cabinet. Dining Table & 6 chairs & highchair if required. (Extra dining chairs are located in 2nd bedroom). ----------------------------------------------------------------- THE BATHROOM: Has a walk-in shower, wash basin & toilet. Front load washing machine & dryer (wash powder provided). Or clothesline just outside. Organic bath products include: al.ive shampoo, conditioner, hand & body wash & toilet paper provided. Guests provided with white Sheridan bath towels, face cloth & hand towels. Bathmat. Spa towels provided for each guest. Guest access GUESTS IN OUR HOME HAVE ACCESS TO: *The downstairs apartment. (We live upstairs, totally separate to the apartment). *Spa/Hot tub *Carport area. *Gazebo lounge area with gas firepit table. *Feel free to wander around our landscaped garden, view the beautiful birds & wallabies that visit our bush acreage. *Kids, big & small, don't forget to take a walk down the fairy garden path! *Please feel free to pick some herbs, a lemon or mulberries when in season. We keep the main house separate and if there is anything you need during your stay, please don't hesitate to ask :) Other things to note * Please note, our bush location attracts insects, geckos etc, despite our best efforts these annoying bugs might make an appearance. * Adults for the safety of your children please be aware that our bush land attracts wildlife of all kinds including snakes! * We are not on town sewage and have a bio-cycle toilet system and therefore we ask if products such as makeup wipes, sanitary products be disposed of in the bin provided. Please advise if you are on any chemotherapy medication. * We like to recycle in the kitchen; guests can locate a built-in rubbish and recycle Bin. Under the sink is a compost bucket, if you need to empty this, the large green bin next to our carport. * We know accidents happen, so please let us know if there is a breakage or damage so that we can replace items prior to our next guest arrival. *All doors have locks for your privacy. *Enjoy your home away from home & enjoy your stay & all the wonderful things that Brisbane has to offer.
