HOMEY PLACE TO STAY AT THE GREEN

A simple 1-bedroom unit with balcony and a lovely view of the Manila Bay sunset. The space Our 1-bedroom, 28sqm unit is suitable for solo traveler, couple or a small group of friends. A lot of food choices are available around the area and has very good access to transportation. We do not have allotted parking slot but the building has a pay parking area and a public car park is available next to starbucks (DLSU) and street parking along Castro St. There's a swimming pool but as short term guests, there's a fee to use the swimming pool - 150 pesos on regular days or 300 pesos on holidays per guest/day. You would need to pay in cash at the Property Management Office at Level P5 (Business hours: 9:00-12:00noon; 1:00-6:00pm) before using the swimming pool. Only light cooking is allowed. Guests are required to send us thru email an image of any government issued IDs with photo after booking is confirmed. A pre-registration of the guests at the property will be done. Upon arrival, guests are required to sign in the logbook and leave an ID (the same ID sent for pre-registration) at the concierge. IDs will be collected after check out. An access card will be given to registered guests to be used to access the lift lobby. Access cards and keys should be returned upon check out. Lost cards and keys will have penalty fees. Our usual check in time is 2pm.
