Quiet, rustic and serene, the cottage is located on Sea Shell Avenue, a road leading to the beach off the East Coast Road at Akkarai. Our surroundings are very peaceful and green. The beaches unspoilt and perfect for taking long walks and dipping your feet (not recommended for swimming, though). Built in a corner of our property, the cottage is the perfect place to unwind. There is space for parking a single guest vehicle.. We also have in house security. The space It is a fully furnished self contained unit and consists of a living room cum kitchenette, a large bedroom with study, a dressing room, a large bathroom and a sweet little private garden. Amenities include air conditioning, a smart TV and high speed internet. The kitchenette is equipped with a refrigerator, a microwave oven, kettle, induction cooker, toaster, coffee machine, basic crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils. The cottage will be cleaned on a daily basis except for public holidays and Sundays. Bed and bath linen will be changed every three days. Plants and the garden are also maintained. Guest access Guests have access to the cottage area and the private garden at the rear of the cottage. They do not have access to the main house or the rear of the property. Other things to note Trash should be disposed off properly in the bins designated for wet and dry waste. The gardener will show you the respective bins for disposal
