This 2 bedroom exquisite apartments of 70 sq mtrs within a building has been elegantly designed with of modern comfortable furnishings. The bedrooms are air-conditioned and have a ceiling fan, 1 king sized bed, 2 single beds, satellite television airing all international movie & sports channels, Wi-Fi connectivity, 2 bathroom with cold/hot water and a private balcony. The living room is fully furnished with a large sitting area with many sofas and chairs. After the living room is the kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with a large sized refrigerator, a kettle to make tea or coffee, a microwave, a washing machine and cutlery and crockery to help you with basic cooking. Guests are encouraged to use these facilities and cook in the apartment. We have a large common swimming pool on the ground floor which guests can use. The timing of usage will be displayed on the board. We also have a ping pong table on the ground floor for your gaming entertainment. For more variety in food and beverage, guests can travel to the beach where there exists a no. of shacks offering a variety of cuisines or take a taxi to the village center nearby where there are restaurants well known for their local cuisines. Guest access During your stay you will be able to access the entire apartment and parking. Other things to note We have an inverter on the property in case of power cuts. The beach is a 7 minute walk from my property.
