Set in a magnificent 4,000 m² park bordered by the peaceful Beuvron River, this characterful residence combines modern comfort with the charm of the past. Architectural details such as moldings, ceiling roses, original hardwood floors, and a bow window will transport you back in time. Le Clos de la Varenne can accommodate up to 15 guests, with five bedrooms, a double living room, a dining room, a kitchen offering panoramic views of the pool and park, and a loft in the chalet that sleeps an additional three people. Enjoy the heated pool (available from May to September), the pool house with barbecue, the jacuzzi, as well as billiards and a ping-pong table for moments of relaxation and fun. The village of Cellettes, just 500 meters away, offers easy access to local shops, restaurants, and community facilities. You’ll also be able to explore beautiful landscapes along the riverbanks. Cellettes is ideally located near many castles, including Beauregard, Blois, Cheverny, Chambord, and only 34 km from the Beauval Zoo, ranked the 4th most beautiful zoo in the world.
