Guest access Guests will have exclusive access to the villa and all its facilities, including private parking suitable for one car or up to two scooters/motorbikes. The villa offers exceptional privacy, with no overlooking construction, and is secured by 24-hour on-site security for your peace of mind. Road Access Information: Scooters/Motorbikes: Accessible via Jalan Pantai Berawa or Bumbak/Umalas. Cars: Entry permitted only from Jalan Pantai Berawa Please note that peak-hour closures and congestion may restrict car access, and scooter traffic can further impede entry. To ensure a seamless arrival and departure, we recommend arranging a private car with a professional driver, as certain ride-hailing services may not be able to reach the villa directly. We appreciate your understanding and are here to ensure a smooth arrival and departure experience Other things to note House Rules • Linen and towels are replaced every 3 days to support environmental sustainability. Additional changes can be arranged upon request with an extra fee. • Check-in is available from 3 PM and check-out by 11 AM. Early check-in and late check-out requests will incur an additional fee and are subject to availability. • Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors. Please use designated outdoor areas. • As much as we love animals and understand they’re part of the family, pets are unfortunately not allowed on the property to ensure comfort and safety for all guests, including those with allergies. • Kindly maintain a quiet environment after 10 PM to respect neighbors. • The maximum number of guests allowed is 4 persons. Only registered guests are permitted to stay overnight. Visitors require prior consent. • Please keep the property clean and dispose of waste responsibly. • Guests are advised to check their belongings before departure. Payment Process: Payment for any drinks consumed can be made via Cash or follow the payment's instructions prior to check-out. Luxury Disclaimer While our villa is beautifully designed, clean, and well-maintained, it is located in an authentic Balinese village where certain challenges may occasionally arise due to local conditions: Water Supply & Electricity: There may be rare instances of water shortages or electricity interruptions. Our team will work promptly to resolve any issues should they occur. Local Environment: As part of the vibrant local community, you may hear occasional barking from neighborhood dogs—this is part of the charm of staying in a real Balinese village. Water Aroma: Occasionally, a light sulfurous aroma may be present when using the showers due to Bali’s water irrigation system. If noticeable, simply let the water run for a minute or two before use. Pool Use Guests are welcome to use the pool at night; however, this is at your own discretion and responsibility. Please exercise caution as we cannot take responsibility for any incidents during nighttime use of the pool. Security Guidelines A safety deposit box is provided in the bedroom for your valuables, and we encourage guests to use it at their discretion. However, please note that we are not responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings during your stay. For security purposes, please keep the front door locked at all times, and ensure that bedroom and bathroom doors are locked whenever you leave the villa. To help conserve energy, we kindly ask that you turn off all lights and air conditioning units when not in use.
