Double room with en-suite

Furnished double room with private en-suite, in quiet family home. Guests are welcome to enjoy the shared verandah and garden, where there is comfortable seating. Complimentary coffee and tea provided. Private entrance, and parking space in front of white gate. 15 minutes' walk to Lawson train station, cafes, and local pub. 25 minutes' drive to the quaint village of Leura, and the tourist attractions of Katoomba. The space This is one double bedroom with an ensuit private bathroom which contains a shower, toilet and sink. The bedroom contains a fridge, kettle, tea, coffee and milk. A microwave, cutlery and crockery are also available. There is a tv with dvd player and lots of videos. Outside there is a shared deck with comfortable seating and a chimnea fire. I don't always have fire wood but this can be purchased near by so u can enjoy a fire in the cooler months. In the heat of summer there is often a fire ban so it can't be used. There are lots of travel and bird books about the local area. Anyway if you have forgotten anything please let me know as i can often lend it to u. Registration Details Exempt
