It can comfortably fit 2people max.1 Queen size Water is free, please shower everyday as it can get really hot and humid in the Philippines. Help us conserve electricity and water by turning off appliances, lights and faucets/taps when not in use. 3. Please ensure that the unit is reasonably clean and orderly before you leave like when you arrived. Wash your used dishes and put out the trash to avoid attracting pests. We have penalties if you leave the place disorganized and messy. 4. The premises is under the 24/7 surveillance CCTV cameras. Nevertheless, guests are responsible for the safety of their belongings. We are not liable for any loss or damage. 5. Close the doors behind you for safety and to prevent mosquitoes from coming in. 6. It is not advisable to drink tap water everywhere in the country. 7. The in-house assistant will welcome you and answer your queries or help you with things you may need. She is the one to be advised about your check out time. Call/ text , message in Airbnb or use the intercom to speak to her. 8. Request for hairdryer, iron and extra blanket if you need them. 9. Violators would be charged Php 5,800 or $100 7. Stained towels replacement $8 or Php500; Stained Bed sheets replacement $30 or Php 1,800. 8.
