French Cottage: Harbour Views, Private Garden

Step outside your front door and you are at the harbour. Turn around and the Mourne Mountains fill the view behind you. This is French Cottage, part of the Friends Forever International Centre at Annalong. Booking this cottage funds free youth leadership programmes for young people from across the island of Ireland, alongside youth from the United States, Belize, and beyond. Every pound of net revenue goes to that mission. The space The cottage is two storeys with an open plan lounge and kitchen/dining area on the ground floor. Two bedrooms upstairs: a double room with en-suite bathroom, and a twin room. A second full bathroom serves the twin room. Two private bathrooms for four guests. Outside you have a fully fenced private garden. Quiet and enclosed. Good for morning coffee, a meal outside, or a safe space for children. Full kitchen. Full WiFi. Self check-in via lockbox. Free parking on site. The harbour is a one-minute walk. Bloody Bridge trailhead is five minutes by car. Castlewellan Forest Park is nearby for mountain biking, canoeing, kayaking, and the mile-long maze. Newcastle is ten minutes for shops, restaurants, and the seafront.
