Magnificent villa between the Sierra Nevada and Granada

This spacious and cozy 210m2 villa is located in the town of Aguas Blancas, a 20-minute drive from Granada. It has privileged and strategic views and location to access both the Sierra Nevada ski slopes and downtown Granada. It is a perfect space for large groups of friends, adventurers and families. Accommodating up to 8 guests, you'll find everything you need to have an unbeatable stay here. The space The villa is built on a 700 m2 property and, as you can see in the photos, consists of the following spaces: - 2 living-dining rooms, one with a fireplace, sofa and television. - A fully equipped kitchen-dining room. - 1 bedroom with a double bed. - 3 bedrooms with 2 single beds each. - 2 bathrooms. - A garage with capacity for 2 cars. - An upper terrace with dining capacity. - A 32 m2 private outdoor pool with its own terrace and barbecue space, operating in summer. From June 15 to September 15. * The use of the barbecue is totally prohibited by the Junta de Andalucía from June 1 to October 15 of each year, both inclusive. - A small paved garden behind. - A laundry room. The rest of the land with trees is not gardens available to the guest, but forest with native holm oaks. It is a warm and cozy space, used and oriented to provide the best stay for the guest. Guest access Guests have access to the entire property Towels, linens, and hand soap included. In the kitchen of the house you will find all the necessary utensils (pans, pots, openers, fountains and salad bowls and various appliances among others) to cook great and delicious meals. The house has heating and air conditioning through cold/heat pump machines in the bedrooms and in the living room and in the fireplace area. Also mention that the house has a fireplace in one of the living rooms. In addition, you will have access to a private pool open from June 15 to September 10, with uninterrupted hours. (Every TUESDAY, around 8:00 am or around 8:00 pm: an operator comes to clean and check the pool). You will also have access to a parking space in a private parking lot with capacity for two vehicles. Other things to note If you'll be arriving after 8 pm, please read the House Rules carefully so that we can organize things. :) Your pets (dogs or cats) are welcome in the villa. If you plan to enjoy your trip with them, we ask that you let us know beforehand and that you be careful with the apartment, not allowing them to climb on the sofas and chairs so that they do not fill them with hair.
