L'Oustaou du Bodo – Irus

The Oustaou du Bodo welcomes you to the heart of the Gulf of Morbihan Regional Natural Park, in a peaceful and green environment. Ideally located between Vannes and La Roche-Bernard, our house is easily accessible, the RN165 expressway being less than 5 minutes away. The beaches of Ambon and Damgan are only 10 minutes away, and you will quickly reach Sarzeau, the Rhuys peninsula, the Gulf of Morbihan or Vannes, all located about twenty kilometers away. The space The two bed and breakfasts, the bathroom, the separate toilets and the relaxation area are on the first floor of our house , are entirely reserved for guests. The nightly price includes the room, towels, cleaning, and breakfast. The Irus room faces east. It is equipped with a large 160 x 200 cm bed In this room there is the possibility to put a baby bed (extra €5) Guest access You will have access to the garden, terrace and lounge, where you can dine and relax. Ability to use the fridge and kitchen at your discretion. The garden is unfenced and there is an unsecured ornamental pond. Your young children should never be alone without supervision in the garden. They are at your own risk. The jacuzzi is open from May to September, from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m., the price of the session is €10 for one hour. During your stay We love to receive and share our passions, our adventures. But we respect everyone's wishes and your peace of mind. We no longer work outside, so we are often available and at your disposal. Other things to note Continental breakfast is included in the price. We welcome your children with pleasure, we have a crib at your disposal and a high chair. For your night outings, I offer a babysitting service, I'm a babysitter. The garden is not fenced, and there is an unsecured amenity pool, your children are under your responsibility. The kitchen is available for your small preparations, we only ask you to put everything back in order after your visit and respect the equipment. Dogs are allowed with a prior request and a 5€ surcharge The hot tub is open from May to September from 9am to 9pm . The one-hour session is €10 payable on site.
