Mezzanine for sleeping area with 2 large beds and a velux with blind. Ideally located just 3 km from the village where you will find all amenities. Visit Vaucluse, Gard, Drôme... Bike path right on the edge (Via Rhona) and bikes available to enjoy 🚴‍♂️ The space You have an independent air-conditioned accommodation (reversible air conditioning) located at the rear of the owners' building ensuring total privacy. Private terrace equipped with garden furniture, barbecue and deckchairs, in fine weather. Fully equipped and modern integrated kitchen. Comfortable living room with large screen TV. Shower cabin with glass wall. Mezzanine for sleeping. 2 parking spaces are allocated to you, secured by an automatic gate that encloses the property. Guest access Access to the pool in summer: 8 m x 3.5 m, fenced and secured by alarm. Deckchairs, umbrellas, games. The pool is shared with the owners. It is open from 10 a.m. and closed at 8 p.m. Children are under the supervision and responsibility of the parents. Possibility to play pétanque (balls provided). Bicycles at your disposal with bike path nearby, walk in the plain to get bread in the village... Housekeeping fees are mandatory and to be paid on arrival for €30. Other things to note The accommodation is booked for non-festive stays. Noise is not allowed. Cleaning is done very carefully and thoroughly.
