Bike path right at the edge (Via Rhona) and bikes available to enjoy it 🚴‍♂️ The space You have an independent air-conditioned accommodation (reversible air conditioning) located at the rear of the owners' building ensuring total privacy. Private terrace equipped with garden furniture, barbecue and deckchairs, in fine weather. Fully equipped and modern integrated kitchen. Comfortable living room with large screen TV. Shower cabin with glass wall. Mezzanine for sleeping. 2 parking spaces are allocated to you, secured by an automatic gate that encloses the property. Guest access Access to the swimming pool in summer: 8 m x 3.5 m, gated and secured by alarm. Lounge chairs, parasols, games. The pool is shared with the owners. It is open from 10:00 a.m. and closes at 8:00 p.m. Children are only allowed in under the supervision and responsibility of their parents. Option to play pétanque (boules provided). Bicycles are available for your use, with a bike path nearby. You can ride through the countryside to go and get bread in the village... The cleaning fee is mandatory and is to be paid on arrival for €30. Other things to note The accommodation is booked for non-festive stays. Noise is not allowed.
