Located only 5 min walk to the main street just behind the central train station (not recommended so light sleepers). Close to all sights to visit and amenities. Accessible from the TGV station by TER shuttle that reaches the central station or by bus. The space 🚙: Free parking spots in our street 🚲: You'll drop off your bikes in our cellar 🚆: We live just behind the CENTRAL STATION Please notify us of your transportation… We only accept guests who have booked with their own AIRBNB account. We don't tolerate bookings made by a loved one! ATTENTION: There are some rules of community life and knowing how to live since it is a shared space. These “rules” are essential and existential for everyone to have a pleasant stay but also to allow the safety of our guests as well as our home. We live behind the central station therefore there are trains that pass frequently day/night. Highly NOT RECOMMENDED for light sleepers and vibration-sensitive! However we provide earplugs for free. 🤗 We would like to remind you that this private room (NO DOOR LOCK SYSTEM) is located in our main house where we live there. So it's not an entire place but a homestay! You will also be taken to share common areas with other guests as we rent another room in the home (up to three bedrooms in summer). NEW TEDIBER MATTRESS SINCE 05/01/26 🤗 The upstairs bedroom is equipped with a 160 x 200 bed, dressing room, a reversible air conditioner usable only during hot weather in summer and cold waves in winter, in addition to a fan. The other reversible air conditioners are in the living room as well as in the upstairs hallway. The bathroom with wc are located upstairs too (door without locking system). ⚠️ AIR CONDITIONING OPERATES ONLY DURING PERIODS OF EXTREME HEAT AND COLD WAVES. ^^ Included: towels, sheets, duvets, throws, pillows... The TV is PRIVATE, so it's not accessible to guests just like COOKING is reserved for guests staying at LEAST TWO NIGHTS. However, you can put your food in the fridge / freezer, use the microwave and toaster... • FREE AND PAID OPTIONS: - For your comfort in case of early check-in or late check-out, it will be possible to store your belongings FOR FREE in our luggage drop-off. Please notify us no later than the day before your arrival. - Subject to our availability you can give us your laundry (underwear net at your disposal) so we can wash it. + €3 to dry it in a dryer in winter. - A Nespresso coffee machine as well as a kettle to heat your tea is at your disposal (capsule: €2/tea: €0.50). Enjoy our refreshments from €0.50 in our fridge. A hypermarket (Leclerc) is right next to the house 400m away, 4-5 minutes walk. 5 minutes from the ramparts, the main street of Avignon, the central station as well as the first bike and tram station. 6-7 minutes from the bus station and 15-20 minutes from the Palace of the Popes and the Pont d 'Avignon. IMPORTANT INFORMATION: • Not recommended for seniors: multi-bedroom rentals, community living, stairs, noises... • We charge no cleaning fee. Respect the cleanliness and condition of the premises, thank you for making sure that the same is true when you check out. • No stranger to the reservation will be able to access the listing under penalty of exclusion. • The bathroom door with the toilet is a wooden sliding door with NO locking system. • The bedroom door does not have a closing system. • Pets and children (-17) are not allowed • 2 night minimum booking for cooking. Guest access Finally, so as not to disturb the neighborhood, check the correct route before coming. Note the name of the wifi box and the code to connect to our network from our terrace in case of any issues. During your stay Often traveling for work, I would still be available for any information/help via messaging by responding quickly. Jérôme (the roommate) also resides in the house and will also be just as helpful during your stay.
