Our villa is located in Mar Menor Golf Resort, just 10 minutes from the beach and with private access security and 24 hours. Just 5 minutes walk you will reach restaurants (of different types), paddle tennis courts, playgrounds, golf course, community pool, social club, spa and supermarket. That is, the perfect place to enjoy and relax. Villa Saranda has natural gas, so the water comes out hot immediately and without problems regardless of the times needed. It also has an air conditioning unit only in one of the rooms. In the rest, it has ceiling fans. The living room has two sofas where you can easily accommodate a family. It also has a bookstore so they can use the books (Spanish and English) for reading. It also has a round table for four people that can be doubled if they have guests, with magnificent views of the pool, but if you prefer, you can enjoy the terrace where there is also a table for four (extending the double too) and the temperature of the Mar Menor means that it can be enjoyed all year round. The kitchen is equipped with electric cooker, oven, microwave, fridge, blender, juicer, and all the household items necessary for cooking (pots and pans). The other bedroom has two single beds and two very spacious fitted wardrobes. The bathroom has marble tiles, with a washbasin with wooden furniture and a bathtub with glass partition. From this floor, there is also access to a large terrace. If we also go up the stairs, we access a small room where there is a television and a sofa bed of 160x200 cm (king size). It also has a wardrobe with board games for your enjoyment and storage space.
