You'll enjoy complete privacy and exclusive use of our infinity swimming pool. The Villa offers all modern comforts & air conditioning. The Villa dates back to early 18th century. The bright, spacious interiors are decorated in typical Umbrian/Tuscan style, with wood beamed ceilings, terracotta floors, Oriental rugs & many antique furnishings. The space Villa Santa Caterina welcomes families with children, groups of friends wishing to share a typically laid- back Italian lifestyle, or honeymooners looking for a bit of heaven on earth. The property is fenced & gated & consists of the Main Villa, Shai's Cottage, and a second cottage where our resident custodian, Adrienne, lives. Guest access The entire house is yours for the duration with the exception of a few cabinets which contain our personal belongings. Our custodian will point them out to you. Other things to note Villa Santa Caterina's infinity swimming pool separates the main villa from the property’s two cottages. Its convenient, central location provides a panoramic view of the surrounding mountains and valley, dotted with farmhouses, olive groves and vineyards.
