For extra security, a security box has been installed in a large closet within the living room. Private room with expanded queen size bed (170 cm) topped with memory foam, flat screen TV and a latest generation quiet A/C with dual cold and heat features. Second closet for additional storage. One full bathroom (with bidet) and an one half bathroom. For your commodity, shampoo, soap and hair dryer will be available at your arrival. Guest access The well distributed 680 sq foot apartment is located in a key location for vacation and/or work. Surrounding restaurants, coffee shops, markets and the corner laundry/clothes cleaner makes the stay pleasant and stress-free. Everything that is inside the apartment is at your disposal during your stay. Other things to note LATE CHECK-IN: There will be an additional charge of EUR 20 for late check-in (if it possible) after 8 pm. The additional charge should be paid in cash at your arrival. After 11 pm che cost is 50 euro. CHECK-OUT: Check-out is until 11 am. If we couldn't be there at your check-out, please leave the keys in orange plate that you will find in the living room, turn off the lights & the air-conditioner and close the entrance door of the apartment. LATE CHECK-OUT: If you need a late check-out, please send us a special request before your reservation. If it possible we'll be pleased to help you. LUGGAGE STORAGE: If your trip plan is early/later than check-in/out time, you could always leave your bags in and come back later (until next guests check-in at 3 pm). Please ask for availability before your reservation. BABY COT: In the apartment there is a cot (for children up to 9 kg) that must be required at least one day before the check-in. For the baby cot (+ bed linen set) there is an extra charge of EUR 20.00 payable in cash upon check-in. CLEANING SERVICE: The final cleaning service will be the day of your departure and it will begin at 11 am, to respect to other guests please try always to be on time. The cleaning service is included in the price. Guests have always to clean dirty dishes and other utensils and to throw away the trash before check-out otherwise an extra cleaning fee of EUR 20 will be charged. SAVE ENERGY: Turn off the light and air conditioner every time you leave the apartment. BOOKING CHANGES: Reductions on the number of nights already booked are not permitted and are not allowed discounts or refunds in the event you decide to leave the apartment before the date of your check-out. You can add more nights than the days of your reservation only in the event that the apartment is available. However this must be agreed in advance, before or during your reservation or at the check-in. Changing the number of people must be communicated before your arrival. We will not accept people more than those submitted on your reservation. VERY IMPORTANT: - Please always respect our neighbours avoiding noise and speaking loud from 10 pm until 8am. - No smoking inside the apartment. - If you lose your keys we will charge you a fee of EUR 100 for changing the lock. - No pets allowed. - Parties are not allowed in the apartment.
