The space Our apartment is located in the center of Sant Feliu de Guíxols, one of the few towns in the Costa Brava that has managed to retain its local identity. It is ideal for a family holiday or for a couple retreat. The extensive pedestrian area, with shops and restaurants, is less than 30 seconds away walking. The main beach is 3-5 minutes away walking. You can also walk to the amazing coves surrounding the town with some of the most spectacular views in the Mediterranean (30 minute walk). Our apartment is bright and modern, not crowded, with plenty of space to move around. It has two stories: the lower one consists of a large living room with a sofa/bed, a nice kitchen which also has a washing machine, two bedrooms (one with a double bed and another smaller one with bunk beds), a bathroom with shower. The upper one is a huge upper private terrace. Guest access You will have access to the whole apartment, including the elevator for the building. Other things to note Since our apartment is located right off the pedestrian center of town, getting to it by car is not easy. The apartment is on a narrow one-way street, so parking is not permitted there. We'll give your directions to get to the apartment so that you can unload your luggage. Our friend/apartment manager will meet you there and direct you to the closest free public parking area, which is a 5 minute walk from the apartment. Also, according to local regulations, a tourist tax of a total of 7 euros for every person over 16 years must be collected in cash at the end of your stay.
