The space The apartment is made up of a bright, unique environment including a kitchenette, a double sofa bed, and a double bed, and is therefore suitable for up to a maximum of 4 people. Other things to note Check in Check-in time is from 15:00 to 20:00. After 20:00 it is possible to check in only under the following conditions: 1) Tell us your arrival time in advance. 2) After 20:00 it is possible to check in with an additional cost as indicated below: - check-in from 20:00 to 22:00 additional cost 20.00 euros - check-in from 22:00 to 23:00 additional cost 30.00 euros - check-in from 23:00 to 24:00 additional cost 40.00 euros - check-in from 24:00 to 01:00 additional cost 50.00 euros The amount is to be paid directly to our staff on arrival. Check out The check-out procedure is very simple, leave the keys inside the room. Our staff will reserve the right to check the room before leaving. Check-out must be done by 11.00 Please note that smoking is strictly prohibited. The penalty in case of non-compliance with this rule amounts to 100 Euro.
