Located in the heart of the Verdon Regional Natural Park, in the Alpes-de-Haute-Provence, our house (about 80 m²) on 4 levels, is located 8 km from Lake Sainte Croix and 20 minutes from Moustiers Sainte Marie and the Gorges du Verdon, in a small typical Provençal village, where calm and tranquility are the key words. The space INTERIOR DESCRIPTION Ground floor • American kitchen with 4-burner gas stove, double sink, electric oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, washing machine and dishwasher + all dishes for 8 people. Bar counter. • Dining area: table and chairs for 8 people. • Living room: corner sofa, convertible into a 160 x 200 bed for two people. TV with reception of national channels by satellite + DVD player (possibility for CanalSat subscribers to bring their SAT decoder – socket available). Wi-Fi. 1st floor • Semi-open bedroom of approximately 12 m² equipped with pine beds: 1 bed 140 x 200 for 2 people and 2 bunk beds 90 x 190 (with 1 drawer below), i.e. 4 beds in total. A closet completes the room. • Bathroom equipped with a shower cubicle (with thermostatic mixer tap for children...), a vanity unit, a toilet as well as a large closet and 1 dresser. 2nd floor • Bedroom of approximately 12 m² equipped with a 140 x 200 bed for 2 people + storage (dresser). In the bedroom, toilet area with shower and vanity. • Separate toilet on the landing. Note: there is direct access to this floor from the street at the back of the house. 3rd floor • A room equipped with a fridge and a dryer. • Terrace of approximately 16 m² equipped with a table for 8 people + various equipment (parasol, deckchairs + a gas barbecue) Guest access the entire house is available
