Delightful loft with large living area. Located on the 4th floor of a historic building, it enjoys a lot of sun and a magnificent view from the terrace. Perfect for two people, it is the ideal base to get to know Milan and the Milanese nightlife. Only the people included in the reservation can access the house. The space Beautifully furnished cozy flat right in the heart of the expo district, with a great view from the terrace. Guest access Guests will access the entrance hall of the building by intercom (key 2 on the keypad). They will walk to the apartment located on the fourth floor of the building. Other things to note CHECK_IN e CHECK-OUT: The check-in time is from 6 to 8 pm. In the event of a delay on the time agreed in the booking, the extra costs of late check-in of 10 euros will be charged every hour after the established one. Our GUESTS have the duty to communicate the arrival time at least 24 hours before arrival. It is absolutely forbidden to proceed with check-in outside the agreed time. Therefore, going to the facility without having communicated the arrival time can cause delays and inconveniences that cannot be grounds for complaints or claims for reimbursement. It is also important to communicate the need for early check-in at least 2 days before arrival: the sanitation requires protocols with timelines to be respected. ITALIAN LAWS AND REGULATIONS 1. Italian Law I.D. must be provided after the check in for registration to the Police Department: all guests have to give thei passports fon registration to our Police Department 2. Milan Law If you don't pay to Airbnb, you have to pay the occupancy tax by cash to the host. 3. According to our Law 41/2009, your rubbish should be collected by differentiating boxes, located in the court behind the planters, as indicated: plastic and metal in the yellow box, glass in the green box, paper and cardboard into white box, and bin in the brown box; other generic rubbish into the box with transparent bag. WARNING: if you don't respect all laws indicated, it is possible to be sanctioned by designated people.
