Free parking on-site and EV charging station available. The space The guesthouse is detached and has its own private entrance from the driveway. On the ground floor you’ll find a bright living room with a cosy sitting area, TV (no cable, but with HDMI and Chromecast), a DVD player, a cabinet with games and DVDs, and a dining table with four chairs. The entire ground floor has underfloor heating. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with an induction hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge with freezer, electric kettle and Nespresso machine. Basic cooking supplies like salt, pepper and oil are provided. Upstairs there are two bedrooms: a smaller room with two single beds, and a larger open bedroom with a double bed (160 cm wide). Both rooms have storage space, air conditioning, blackout curtains and insect screens. The bathroom features a spacious walk-in shower, washbasin and toilet. In the main bedroom you’ll also find a washing machine and dryer – detergent is available. Outside you have access to a tiled, fenced private terrace with garden furniture. A barbecue is available on request. You may also use the picnic table at the front of the main house. Guest access Guests have access to the entire guesthouse, the paved private terrace, the driveway (with parking space and EV charger), and the picnic table in front of the main house. The garden outside the fenced area around the guesthouse is private property and not accessible to guests. Please note: we have a friendly but alert guard dog who roams freely in the private areas outside the fenced guest zone. This part of the property is clearly marked and separated. The dog does not have access to the guesthouse or its private terrace. Other things to note Public transport is approximately 25 minutes on foot. We highly recommend coming by car. A Type 2 EV charging station is available on-site (€0.50 per kWh). A barbecue is available upon request. The TV supports Chromecast and DVDs, but not cable channels.
