Rental unit in Madrid

Discover Madrid with this beautiful and luminous studio located in Lavapiés/Antón Martín. Terraces, tapas bars, multicultural restaurants and shops await. You will have a double bed (1,40 * 2,00 cm) and a sofa bed at your disposal. Washing machine, a crib, and ironing set are also included. Linens and towels will be provided. It should be noted that the check-in time is between 16.00 pm and 23.00 pm and the check-out no later than 11am. Right in the center of Madrid and yet absolutely quiet and peaceful, on the first floor of a charming building with elevator (the space for this one is narrow). Ideal for couples and families with children. The kitchen is fully equipped: refrigerator, washing machine, microwave, small appliances such as toaster, Nespresso coffee machine and kettle. The apartment is also equipped with TV, WiFi and air conditioning. You can find a hairdryer in the bathroom. Cosy and fully equipped flat: Bedroom and bathroom equipment: Bed linen and towels will be provided for each guest. Amenities kit in each bathroom, consisting of 2 gel-shampoo dispensers and 2 rolls of toilet paper. Kitchen: Kitchen welcome kit, which will contain: 1 bottle of dishwasher detergent 30 ml. 1 washing up sponge. 1 multi-purpose cloth. 1 rubbish bag. IMPORTANT NOTE: For reasons of hygiene, food products such as oil, salt, vinegar, sugar, coffee or tea will not be provided. Guests must bring or purchase these products on their own. If you are traveling with a baby and need a crib for your stay, don't worry, we have one to offer you. On the other hand, if you need a highchair, it has an extra supplement of 20e, if you are going to need it, ask for it in advance. I'll be waiting for you to give you the keys and answer any questions. This is one of the most typical, artistic areas in Madrid, with charming streets and outdoor terraces, typical bars, nice restaurants, and a market with shopping and dining. The building sits in a quiet spot in this cosmopolitan district. Very close to the metro station "Anton Martin", but you can take a 10 min walk to the Puerta del Sol and Plaza Mayor. The Prado Museum, the Thyssen Museum, the Reina Sofía and Caixa Forum museums are also a 5-10 minute walk. The Atocha train station is also very close (10 min). Guest access The kitchen is fully equipped: refrigerator, washing machine, microwave, small appliances such as toaster, Nespresso coffee machine and kettle. Other things to note This property is rented exclusively for temporary stays in accordance with the regulations in force in Madrid. It is not for tourist use. The rental is intended for people who need accommodation for work, academic, health or other justified personal reasons other than tourist use. To formalise the reservation, you will need to sign a seasonal rental contract and provide documentation to prove the reason for your stay. When you arrive at the flat, I will meet you in person. If, for any reason, I am unable to do so, I will offer you the option of a self check-in. Free check-in takes place from 16:00h to 18:00h. Check-in after 18:00h and until 21:00h will have an additional charge of 20€ to be paid by the guest at the time of key handover. Check-in after 21:00h and until 23:00h will have an additional charge of 30€ to be paid by the guest at the time of key handover. We have the option of self check-in during these hours and it is free of charge. The check-in timetable is until 23:00h at night, as indicated in the house rules. If due to circumstances beyond our control (flight delays, etc.) you arrive after 23h, I can offer you the option of someone to meet you in person (there is no possibility of self check-in and the check-in must be in person) and in this case, you will have to pay 35 € at the time of delivery of keys. From 01h to 02h, 50 euros. After 02h it is NOT possible to stay in the flat. We offer early check-in and late check-out free of charge, subject to availability in the flat. Check-in until 23:00h is guaranteed, and availability after that time can be checked. The guest will be responsible for the cost of the locksmith service in case of lost or forgotten keys inside the flat (150€ to be paid to the locksmith before opening the flat). Please note that for LAST MINUTE bookings it cannot be offered to be ready for the scheduled check-in time. Noisy parties and gatherings are strictly forbidden. Under sanction of the competent authorities. The beds and towels are prepared for the number of persons indicated in the reservation. It is not permitted to accommodate more people than indicated in the reservation. Turn off the lights and air conditioning before leaving the flat. Please take out the rubbish every day, especially during the summer months. Garbage room under the front stairs. Leave the house tidy before you leave. Be respectful of the house, I expect the best from you. Thank you very much. Once the booking is confirmed, I will request a copy of all passports or identity documents of all guests. Failure to present them will be grounds for cancellation of the bookin IN ACCORDANCE WITH SPANISH LAW, ALL GUESTS STAYING IN A FLAT ARE OBLIGED TO PRESENT AN IDENTITY DOCUMENT (IDENTITY CARD OR PASSPORT) AND TO SIGN THE GUEST REGISTRATION FORM OF THE NATIONAL POLICE. FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH THIS OBLIGATION WILL ENTITLE US TO CANCEL THE BOOKING WITHOUT ANY COMPENSATION FOR THE CLIENT. Should you forget any belongings in the accommodation, it is your responsibility to take care of them. Although we undertake to keep them for a limited period of time, you must send someone on your behalf to collect them. It is important that you notify us of the loss of your belongings and that we inform you that they will be collected from a location other than the accommodation.
