Apartment No. 3 occupies the entire attic of a private residential building. A spacious living room with a large double bed (180×200 cm), a separate (walk-through) bedroom with a double bed (140x200 cm), and a bathroom with a shower. Guests have access to a small kitchenette with a sink, refrigerator, cutlery, plates, glasses and wine glasses, a single-burner induction cooktop, pots and a frying pan, as well as a microwave oven. The Children's Memorial Health Institute is a 7-minute walk away. Guest access Possibility to use the washing machine located in the basement and mini-gym (requires agreement with the owner) Other things to note Unfortunately, cooking is limited in this apartment. The kitchenette has only a single-burner induction cooktop, as shown in the photos. So, for example, it's easy to make scrambled eggs for breakfast, but it may not be possible to prepare a full dinner. A VAT invoice for your stay can be provided.
