Luxury Contemporary Studio: Southern Suburbs

Studio 66 is a modern contemporary studio based in the Southern Suburbs central to many tourist attractions. It is extremely comfortable, luxurious and with good finishes. We have high speed fibre and full inverter power backup, as such we are not affected by load-shedding. The space The Studio has 1 En-suite bedroom which can be either made into a king size bed, or two singles. The open plan lounge also has a comfortable double sleeper couch. The Studio has high speed wireless internet, Netflix and a balcony which has incredible views of Table Mountain. There is off street parking, (not behind a gate) and stairs that lead up to the Studio. A modern kitchenette is also available for simple cooking. Other things to note Parking is off-street, but not behind a gate. There have however never been any issues in the 12 years of owning the property. We have full inverter power backup, so not affected by load shedding and have high speed fibre internet.
